Masters and Doctorate School Records / School Declaration Requests

2) Pay a small fee to the Union Collection Guide - GRU, using the following information:- UG: 167327- Management: 00001- Name: IME- Code: 226904- Identifier 2: Student's CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registration Number)- School Records Fee, R $ 8.00 (eight Reais)- School Declaration Fee, R $ 7.00 (seven Reais)

3) Submit the form and the payment receipt to the Program Department.

4) The document will be sent to the Pro-Rectory Department (SD/1).

5) After analysing the Request Form, the SD/1 Department will sent the required documentation to the Program Department. If any further information is necessary, the applicant will be contacted by the Program Department.


6) The applicant should pick up the documents at the Program Department.
